Hello All

A huge thankyou to all who have taken the time to write with such
phenomenal feedback on produce purchased for Christmas, or kind words on
the service we provide - with everyones approval I would like to publish
the comments on the website?

I can honestly say we did not expect to be as busy as we were, and
therefore I can only apologise for the wait some customers endured whilst
queuing for the till.

These are the improvements we have thought of, we would welcome any ideas
you might have?

*  Two tills running with credit card machines available at each.
*  More staff, with at least one soley dedicated to vegetable boxes.
*  Order forms made more customer friendly - ie you will tick a box for
either 250g, 500g or 1kg of 
   carrots etc. In addition it will give an idea of how many sprouts make
up 250g, 500g and 1kg to give 
   the customer more of an idea of how much to order.
*  To inform customers of the cost of their meat as soon as is known(
probably 22nd December), they can 
   then pay for the meat in advance, then just come and collect on
Christmas Eve
*  TO MAKE SURE DAVID IS NOT SUFFERING MAN FLU IN THE RUN UP TO
CHRISTMAS!!! - This however may not be 
   possible to rectify!!  

Any feedback we recieve we will take on board, and view as constructive in
order to further improve the service we provide.

NEW YEAR MEAT

*  Fresh Beef from Tuesday
*  Fresh Chicken, fillets, thighs and legs from Tuesday / Wednesday
*  Fresh Game - mainly whole pheasant and fillets
*  Frozen Pork - leg, loin, shoulder & Belly draft.

We are closed New Years Day, but will be open from Friday 2nd January daily
9-6pm.
