Hello All

THANK YOU

I would like to start this mail by thanking everyone for placing their
Christmas orders with us, being patient when some said we were busier than
Tescos! 
and the fantastic feedback we have had already on the Geese, Turkeys and
Beef - please keep the comments coming in, I like to publish these in the
shop and on the website if people are agreeable?

In particular I think everyone of our customers appreciates how hard we
work to try and "get it right", this in particular is a great motivator
when you are allocating turkeys in the chiller at 3am!

FEEDBACK
We would appreciate any feedback you feel you would like to give,
constructive feedback will only help us to improve for future years.  The
plan is to try and construct a questionnair on "Christmas 2009"  I will let
you know when this is available.......

We will be closed New years Day, and then open as normal from January 2nd

FARMING NEWS
David went to the farm at Coughton on Boxing Day, only to come back and
inform us that some of the ewes that were here grazing at Ellenden are due
to lamb in the next week - No rest for the wicked!  I will let you know as
soon as we have any lambs that need bottle feeding!

Once again I cannnot thank people enough for choosing our shop to buy
their produce - we really are very, very appreciative.
