 Unfortunately we have some sad news this week - the ducks we acquired were
the victims of a fox attack - it killed four, taking only three. The
remaining three were savagly attacked One died the next day of shock, but
after careful TLC the remaining two seem to be on the mend. 

Hello All 

I think we have had enough rain now..... but please let it be dry for June
7th! 

Thank you for the feedback on the Chicken Goujons and Breaded Scampi -
they seem to be going down very well! 

OPEN FARM SUNDAY - JUNE 7TH

have the Air Ambulance Pod - this is half a helicopter that enables people
to view inside and find out more about the invaluable
work carried out by
this organisation.

_FARMING NEWS_ 

__  SPROUT PLANTING   David, His father and
Cyril have been busy planting
sprouts this week - it has suddenly occured to David that picking might not
be as much fun as planting the crop, although he did say he missed the air
conditioning in his modern tractor! There are also plans to plant red
cabbage and purple sprouting. RECIPE OF THE WEEK  A bit of a cop out this
week.... We have been sent a number of recipe leaflets from EBLEX. These
will be available free of charge from the shop. Have a good week, lets hope
